attractive and practical designs which are at the same

development of the design, we will take up consultations
and undertake negotiations with the Local Authority
in order to smooth the path for the Planning and Building
Regulation applications. We are able to compile and
submit all applications to the Local Authority on behalf
of our clients for anyone in the UK, Berkshire, Midlands,
Oxfordshire, Oxford.
Once
a project design has been approved, S J Treloar & Associates
are able to assist in the construction phase by identifying
contractors and managing the tendering procedure. We
are able to offer full project management and contract
administration ensuring effective control of both cost
and quality.
We
supplement our design expertise with a Chartered Structural
Engineer who offers professional expertise in structural
matters, and a Charted Services Engineer who advises
on mechanical and electrical design.
