Refurbishment and New Build Projects

S J Treloar & Associates have extensive experience undertaking Remodelling, Refurbishment and New Build schemes for a variety of clients ranging from high worth domestic clients, churches, local authorities, leisure and schools through to social landlords town and district councils.

S J Treloar & Associates are able to provide a full architectural design service from undertaking measured surveys, options appraisals and feasibility studies through to detailed working drawings and project management.

The Practice maintains a multi-disciplinary in-house team of staff, including mechanical engineering, architectural designers, architectural technicians, surveyors and project managers, to ensure good communication between members of the design team and with the client. The Practice also employs Party Wall surveyors, asbestos surveyors, a fire alarm designer and an HMO specialist. We will also advise on renewable technologies as required.

Whether large or small in scale, we are committed to provide the highest level of technical expertise to all projects. Working within your budget, we will prepare imaginative, attractive and practical designs which are at the same time cost effective and geared towards minimum maintenance. We are vastly experienced in working within the constraints of an existing building and call upon this experience with new projects.

A formal building contract, written project specification and drawings are most useful in ensuring that the wishes of the client are expressed in writing, that any builder is then clear about what it is he is pricing, and that in the event of a dispute there is a clear mechanism identified as to how any dispute might be resolved.
