S J Treloar & Associates continuously assess all projects using Key Performance Indicator (KPI) benchmarking development by the Egan principles. Information gained is then implemented for continuous improvement. We undertake value management during the contract and constantly review construction methods to identify more cost effective mechanisms of project procurement.
