Feasibility studies enable the client to identify which elements of a proposed scheme are viable and fall within the expectations of any brief.

Feasibility studies enable the client to consider the options of any design, layout, massing, materials, sustainability, renewables, planning and building regulation issues, and might suit existing building remodelling, refurbishment or extension as well as provide useful information in respect of new building development. These studies might also enable third party documentation to be assimilated, including ecology reports, bats, geotechnical and environmental studies, and energy efficiency measures including green technologies, depending on the level of enquiry required by a client.

Advice on budget might give confirm to a client the suitability of taking a scheme forward, or might alternatively identify whether proposals might exceed a client’s financial expectations.
