Conservation and Historic Buildings

The first contact that many people have with Building Conservation is likely to be when they are faced with work to a Listed Building. Suddenly a wall of ‘red tape’ seems to descend which constrains and restricts any alteration, demolition, adaptation or adjustment. SJ Treloar & Associates are able to assist clients in the area of conservation and historic buildings.

S J Treloar & Associates understand the importance of ‘Preserving our Built Heritage’ and are able to offer practical means of achieving both an acceptable approach to the conservation of historical fabric and the enhancement of a building’s function. All buildings change and the most valuable of our historic buildings have survived through flexibility and adaptation.
