As the design develops, initial sketches are detailed using Computer Aided Design (CAD) using industry standard computer programs including Vectorworks and AutoCAD

As part of the architectural design service, we will consult and undertake negotiations with the Local Authority in order to smooth the path for planning consent.

SJ Treloar & Associates are also corporate members of the Association of Project Safety, meaning that we can competently act as Principal Designers under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
